Job Description

Chemist Warehouse Nelson is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Storeperson in the Inwards Goods department. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and managing stock, ensuring smooth operations within the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading deliveries and checking them against invoices for accuracy
• Sorting and storing incoming goods in the appropriate locations
• Assisting with stock replenishment and organization on the shop floor
• Working closely with the invoicer to ensure timely and accurate processing of stock
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a storeperson or similar role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Physically fit, as the role may involve lifting and manual handling
• A positive and proactive attitude toward work
