We are building the foundation team for our brand new Chemist Warehouse x Ultra Beauty store at Mt Ommaney and are looking for enthusiastic people to join us as Retail Pharmacy Assistants and Stock Coordinators.

Retail Pharmacy Assistant
As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, you will create a positive and helpful experience for every customer while supporting the smooth day to day operation of the store.
- Assist customers with queries and help them find the right products.
- Serve customers and process purchases through the point of sale system.
- Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Set up displays and promotional material for catalogue campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with the wider store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Stock Coordinator
As a Stock Coordinator, you will play an important role in keeping the store organised and well stocked by managing incoming deliveries and ensuring products are available for customers and the wider team.
- Manage and organise incoming stock deliveries each day.
- Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels across the store.
- Label and arrange new and replenishment stock in line with store planograms.
- Process stock-related invoices, credits and general administration accurately.
- Support engaging visual merchandising displays and maintain an organised stock environment.
About You
You will bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to working as part of a supportive team. Depending on the role you select, the following skills and experience will be valued:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks.
- Confidence working in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
- Previous retail, pharmacy, stock management or inventory experience is highly regarded.
- For Retail Pharmacy Assistant applicants, S2/S3 training or Certificates I-III in Community Pharmacy are highly regarded but not essential.

The work environment
Our stores are busy, energetic environments where no two days are the same. Team members work in the pharmacy throughout their shift and may stand for long periods. Stock replenishment can involve repetitive movements and lifting heavier items, so please keep this in mind when applying.
