Join our friendly, close-knit team at Chemist Warehouse Cottesloe, a busy but welcoming owner-operated store located in the affluent Western Suburbs of Perth. We’re looking for a Haircare & Skincare Assistant who either has existing product knowledge or is eager to learn and grow within this space!

Working with leading brands such as La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Avène, Redken, and L’Oréal Professional, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers find the right solutions for their hair and skin concerns.

About the Role

As a Haircare & Skincare Assistant, you’ll deliver personalised advice, maintain high presentation standards, and build trusted relationships with our local customer base.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with haircare and skincare enquiries and providing tailored recommendations
• Developing strong product knowledge across prestige and dermo-cosmetic brands
• Maintaining well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing displays
• Supporting promotional setups and ensuring accurate pricing
• Processing purchases at the Point-of-Sale (POS)
• Working collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team environment
