About the opportunity  

This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced, growing business. With part-time, full-time and casual working hours available across our store network, the right opportunity is closer than you think! 

The Chemist Warehouse Hyperdome Shopping Centre store is a supportive, fun, fast-paced, and social environment where team members enjoy working together and helping each other succeed! 

We provide support with all necessary training and offer plenty of opportunities to explore different parts of the business, as well as expand product knowledge and build confidence in a hands-on and engaging environment. Long-term service is celebrated, with annual awards, in fact - our store has won multiple store and staff member incentives over the years which we are incredibly proud of.  

Our store is also partnered with Ultra Beauty, offering a larger range of luxury lines that appeal to both staff and customers! 

As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like: 

• Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly 

• Assist customers with general queries 

• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels 

• Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system 

• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions 

This is a fast-paced environment that requires stamina, commitment, and the ability to stay focused when things get busy.

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously 

• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy 

• Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn 

• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders 

• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
