This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced, growing business. With part-time, full-time and casual working hours available across our store network, the right opportunity is closer than you think!

We have great pharmacists who are always happy to guide and support our students and other team members. Everyone has the opportunity to expand their knowledge through in-store training, including S2/S3 and Certificate III in Community Pharmacy. There’s always something new to learn, keeping work both engaging and rewarding. 

Our store is busy but close-knit, located in a fantastic spot with a bakery, butcher, and fruit shed nearby. From our owner to our 2IC, our leadership team is approachable and supportive, always willing to help and ensure our team thrives! 

As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like: 

• Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly 

• Assist customers with general queries 

• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels 

• Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system 

• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions 

This is a fast-paced environment that requires stamina, commitment, and the ability to stay focused when things get busy.

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously 

• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy 

• Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn 

• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders 

• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
