This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced, growing business. With part-time, full-time and casual working hours available across our store network, the right opportunity is closer than you think!

We have lots of opportunities to grow and develop your skills. On-the-job training is part of our every day, and team members can learn to become diverse across retail and pharmacy roles. We provide support with all pharmacy studies and future pharmaceutical endeavours, and there are opportunities to move into leadership roles for those who want them!

As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like: 

• Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly 

• Assist customers with general queries 

• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels 

• Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system 

• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions 

This is a fast-paced environment that requires stamina, commitment, and the ability to stay focused when things get busy.

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously

• Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn 

• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders 

• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded

Our team members are based in our pharmacies throughout their shift and are standing for long periods of time. When it comes to replenishing stock, it can mean repeating the same movements repeatedly and lifting heavy objects. Please bear this in mind when completing your application.
