Job Description

As a Pharmacy / Retail Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our store. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service
Assisting customers with retail purchases and general enquiries
Operating the POS system and handling transactions
Merchandising and maintaining attractive store presentation
Stock replenishment and inventory support

What We Are Looking For

Availability to work a flexible roster including days, evenings, and weekends
A positive, can-do attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Bonus points if you have:

Previous retail experience
Customer service experience
Pharmacy or health retail experience

Certifications

S2 & S3 trained applicants highly regarded

Certificates I - III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded

Physical Requirements

Stand for long periods of time

Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
