An exciting opportunity has become available for a detail-oriented and highly organised Invoicer to join the founding team at the new Chemist Warehouse Napier store.
This is a key administration-heavy role that requires a high level of accuracy, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage a large volume of data efficiently. As part of the foundation team, you will play an important role in setting up and maintaining strong administrative processes from day one.

Job Description
This role is an inwards goods role and involves extensive computer work. You will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and inputting invoices while ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Precision and attention to detail are critical, as your work directly impacts financial records and store operations.
Key Responsibilities

Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy

Entering invoice data into internal systems

Maintaining organised and up-to-date records

Liaising with internal teams and suppliers regarding invoice queries

Supporting the store leadership team with administrative tasks
