The Opportunity

We are looking for a community-focused Dispensary Technician (full-time or part-time) with customer care at heart for our brand new store in Napier

With patient and community wellbeing at the centre of everything we do, we’re seeking a service-oriented professional to join our growing and well-loved family business.

In this fast-paced, dynamic role, you will:

Assist customers with prescriptions and general enquiries
Support Pharmacists with dispensing medications
Provide medication counselling under supervision
Manage dispensary stock, ordering and replenishment
Maintain accurate customer records and complete administrative tasks

Skills

Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Experience working in the dispensary

Strong eye for detail and accuracy

Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills

Certifications

Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum

Stand for long periods of time

Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
