Your role
You will receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and opportunities to expand your skills. There are clear pathways into leadership roles, along with monthly catalogue training sessions to keep you learning and growing. As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, your typical day might look like:
- Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
- Assisting customers with general queries
- Replenishing stock and maintain inventory levels
- Serving customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system
- Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
Who are we looking for?
- Previous retail or pharmacy experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A passion for health, wellness, and helping people.
- S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires stamina, commitment, and the ability to stay focused when things get busy.

Our team members are based in our pharmacies throughout their shift and are standing for long periods of time. When it comes to replenishing stock, it can mean repeating the same movements repeatedly and lifting heavy objects. Please bear this in mind when completing your application.
