Your key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dispensary and pharmacy floor
- Provide professional advice and medication counselling to customers
- Accurately dispense prescriptions using MyScripts
- Supervise and mentor Intern Pharmacists, Students, and Dispensary Technicians
- Maintain stock levels and manage inventory
- Help implement new pharmacy services tailored to the Coomera community
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
About you
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and professional accountability
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for community health
- Experience in a fast-paced pharmacy or multidisciplinary health setting (preferred but not essential)
