This is an exciting opportunity for a Dispensary Technician to join our fast-paced, growing business. With part-time, full-time and casual working hours available across our store network, the right opportunity is closer than you think!

Our Retail Manager, Sabrina and Pharmacist Manager, Ryan have both been with Chemist Warehouse for more than 10 years, and we have several long-term key team members that help us to achieve our goals every day. Their experience brings consistency and confidence to the team, and we know we can rely on each other.

We’re located just a street back from Coolangatta and Kirra Beach, which is perfect for an early morning and afternoon dip, and we’re lucky to have friendly customers and a genuinely friendly team. We’re a very busy store, with a mix of holiday goers and locals, so the pace is high and no two days are the same!

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers with their prescription and general enquiries

Assist Pharmacists in dispensing medications

Counselling customers about medications

Dispensary stock management and replenishment

Updating customer files and other administrative tasks

Skills

Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Experience working in the dispensary

Strong eye for detail and accuracy

Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills

Certifications

Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum

Physical Requirements

Repeat the same movements

Stand for long periods of time

Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
