We’re on the lookout for full-time or part-time Dispensary Technicians who are passionate about community care and put customers at the heart of everything they do 💙

As a proud, community-focused pharmacy, patient care is central to who we are. We’re searching for friendly, service-driven Dispensary Technicians to join our growing, well-loved family business and make a real difference every day.

In this fast-paced, dynamic role, you’ll be busy with:
✨ Welcoming and assisting customers with prescriptions and general enquiries
✨ Supporting our Pharmacists with accurate and efficient dispensing
✨ Providing medication guidance to customers under Pharmacist supervision
✨ Managing dispensary stock — ordering, replenishing, and keeping things running smoothly
✨ Keeping customer records up to date and handling essential administrative tasks

Skills

Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience working in the dispensary
Strong eye for detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills

Certifications

Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum

Physical Requirements

Stand for long periods of time
Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
