Dispensary Technician - South City

We’re seeking a customer-focused Dispensary Technician (full-time or part-time) who is passionate about community pharmacy and delivering exceptional patient care.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will:

Assist customers with prescriptions and general enquiries
Support Pharmacists with dispensing medications
Provide medication counselling under Pharmacist supervision
Manage dispensary stock control and replenishment
Maintain accurate customer records and complete administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Minimum 1 year experience working in a dispensary
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
High attention to detail and accuracy
A positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team

Certifications

Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum

Repeat the same movements

Stand for long periods of time

Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
