About the Role
We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy while delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers with healthcare, beauty, and wellness products.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about helping customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service on the shop floor
- Assist customers with OTC medicines, healthcare, beauty, and grooming products
- Operate the POS system accurately, including sales transactions and cash handling
- Assist with merchandising, stock management, pricing, and replenishment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment
- Respond to telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Assist with general retail and pharmacy duties as required
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Work Pattern
Flexibility is required across weekday, weekend and Bank Holiday trading hours, including morning, mid and evening shifts.
