 About the Opportunity   

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Coordinator to join our pharmacy team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the front of pharmacy while delivering an exceptional customer experience. 

You will play a key role in supervising and guiding frontline team members, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and product knowledge across the store. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior pharmacy or retail assistant ready to step into a leadership position.

About you: 

• Experience as a senior pharmacy assistant or retail professional (Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or Retail highly regarded) 
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust 
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and support team members 
• Sound knowledge of pharmacy or retail products and services 
• Strong attention to detail with experience in stock control and merchandising 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities 
• A proactive, positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
