About the Role
As a Fragrance Specialist, you’ll provide personalised product advice, maintain inviting displays, and ensure a great customer experience every time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with fragrance enquiries and offering tailored recommendations
- Replenishing stock and maintaining clean, well-organised displays
- Processing purchases at the Point-of-Sale (POS)
- Supporting promotional activities and ensuring pricing is accurate
- Working as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team
