Title: Store Set Up & Support Officer
About the Role
Reporting to the Store Setup & Support Manager, this dynamic and hands-on role is responsible for project managing new store setups, relays, relocations, and expansions across the CW Retail Group.
You will play a critical role in ensuring new and existing stores are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with company merchandising and compliance standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated retail professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys travel, leadership, and variety in their work.
Key Responsibilities
Store Setup, Relays, Expansions & Relocations

Project manage new store setups to meet opening deadlines

Manage store relays, expansions and relocations
-
Implement planograms and approved merchandising standards
-
Prepare merchandising materials for new store setups
-
Support the development and testing of new merchandising strategies
-
Assist store teams with planogramming and merchandising in line with Group guidelines
-
Provide on-site store support and deliver training to new and existing staff
Store Support & Compliance

Conduct store visits across the group to assess compliance with company standards

Provide practical, hands-on support to store teams
-
Deliver training to improve operational and merchandising standards
Workplace Health & Safety

Comply with all WHS policies, procedures and safety initiatives

Take reasonable care for personal and team safety and wellbeing
Teamwork & Relationships

Work closely with the SOS team, store staff and store owners

Build strong relationships across stores, distribution centres and departments

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

You are an energetic retail professional who enjoys leading from the front and working in a fast-paced environment. You are organised, adaptable and confident working both independently and within a team.

Competent computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
