We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and analytical Space Planning Developer – Micro to join our team and help shape the layout of our stores using data-backed insights and smart planning. This is a role where creativity meets commerce — and where the details truly matter.
Job Description
As a Space Planning Developer, your focus will be on crafting and maintaining planograms that align with trading terms, improve product placement, and ultimately boost sales. You’ll work closely with the Store Setup & Support Manager and collaborate with buying teams, stores, and third-party vendors to keep things running smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and maintain accurate monthly planogram releases

Create data-driven layouts that support trading terms and stock flow

Analyze sales and stock movement to refine planogram performance

Test and validate planograms before release

Update layouts with new products, new ranges, and discontinued lines

Monitor stocktake and planogram compliance in stores and provide support where needed

Clearly communicate planogram changes and instructions to stores

Assist with store layout changes and troubleshoot any related issues
Skills For This Role

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Strong IT and computer literacy

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
