The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Full-time Retail Coordinator to join our team based in Chemist Warehouse Pakuranga. As the 2IC in retail, you will oversee a large team, ensure efficient task delegation, and maintain a clean, clutter-free store environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that tasks are on track, completed on time, and that our store runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a large team, ensuring they work efficiently and cohesively.
- Delegate daily tasks to team members and provide guidance when needed.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and clutter-free at all times.
- Monitor team progress, check that tasks are on track and completed to a high standard.
- Provide support to the Retail Manager and Pharmacist in Charge.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain high team morale.
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Address any customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
