Leading the charge: Oversee store, dispensary, and team operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Caring for patients: Deliver professional patient counselling and provide complete, personalised care solutions.
Precision and efficiency: Accurately dispense prescriptions using RxOne and maintain high standards of service.
Team leadership: Supervise dispensary staff and create a positive, collaborative work environment.
Inventory & ordering: Manage dispensary inventory and order processing with precision.
Innovative strategies: Support and help develop new business strategies to drive growth.

Important Skills

What We're Looking For:

Current NZ APC Registered Pharmacist with up-to-date credentials
Exceptional Leadership & Organisational Skills to guide and inspire your team
A passion for Customer Service with strong communication skills and a genuine care for your patients
A Dedicated Work Ethic and the ability to be a collaborative, strong team player
Solid Business Acumen and a keen eye for continuous improvement to drive growth and innovation
Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.

Certifications

KAPS (Knowledge Assessment of Pharmaceutical Sciences) exam

Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
