Job Description
As a Pharmacist at Chemist Warehouse Glenfield Mall, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmacy services while ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-centred care. You will work collaboratively with a supportive retail and dispensary team to meet both professional and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and in accordance with legislative requirements
- Provide professional advice on medications, healthcare, and wellness
- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care
- Support and supervise dispensary staff and pharmacy technicians
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council of New Zealand standards and company policies
- Contribute to the daily operations and success of the pharmacy
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand
- A valid NZ Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Evidence of meeting Professional Development Activities (PDA) requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to high professional standards
- Ability to thrive in a busy and dynamic retail pharmacy environment
