Marketing Operations Manager
We’re seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Marketing Operations Manager to drive the efficient delivery of supplier-funded campaigns and key marketing programs across the business.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of Catalogues, The House of Wellness, and the Prescription Price List, ensuring seamless, integrated delivery across digital, print, media, and partnership channels. With a strong focus on process optimisation, governance, and cross-functional alignment, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
**This is a Full-Time role in our support office in Grey Lynn**
Key Responsibilities

Own the operational delivery of multiple concurrent marketing campaigns, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies

Deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns across catalogues, digital, print, media, and partnerships

Streamline marketing processes to improve speed-to-market and consistency

Implement governance frameworks for supplier campaign approvals and budget management

Align internal teams, agencies, and suppliers through clear briefs and timelines

Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners

Support a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Act in compliance with all Workplace Health & Safety policies
About You

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field

Experience in a marketing or media coordination role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
