About the Role

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will plan, develop and deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns that support business and commercial objectives. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure all campaigns are executed on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.

You’ll report directly to the Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist, with a dotted line to the Marketing Manager, and collaborate broadly across the Chemist Warehouse retail business.

 

*This is a full-time in office role based in Grey Lynn, Auckland**

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Market Management

  • Manage end-to-end marketing activity within your designated market.

  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, e-commerce, in-store and traditional media.

  • Ensure all activity aligns with campaign objectives, brand guidelines and commercial priorities.

Campaign Briefing & Optimisation

  • Develop clear, effective briefs for internal teams and external agencies.

  • Monitor performance and continuously refine campaigns using insights and learnings.

Creative Development & Production

  • Coordinate creative development from concept through to final execution.

  • Ensure all creative is delivered on time, on budget, and meets brand, regulatory and quality standards.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Work closely with media and creative agencies on campaign strategy and execution.

  • Manage agency relationships to drive accountability, collaboration and strong outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Participate in regular WIP meetings and manage timelines, deliverables and priorities.

  • Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Operations, Store Management, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.

Strategic Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Support new initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

  • Contribute to process improvements, innovation and best-practice marketing approaches.

About You

You’re an organised, proactive marketer who enjoys juggling multiple campaigns and stakeholders. You’re confident communicating across all levels of the business and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume retail environment.

You’ll bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (essential).

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • A solutions-focused, can-do attitude.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

  • The ability to manage stakeholder expectations and explain decisions clearly.

  • High levels of discretion and professionalism.

  • Flexibility, resilience and the ability to adapt to change.
