Marketing Assistant

Chemist Warehouse New Zealand is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our fast-paced Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys variety, coordination, and working across multiple campaigns and channels.

*This role is a Full-time in office role at our support office in Grey Lynn, Auckland*

About the Role

You’ll provide administrative and operational support to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered smoothly and on time across print, digital, and in-store channels. Working closely with Marketing Specialists, suppliers, and internal teams, you’ll help coordinate content, assets, reporting, and production.

Key Responsibilities

Support execution of weekly, monthly, and promotional marketing campaigns
Manage campaign documentation, timelines, approvals, and tracking
Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
Assist with content and asset preparation, version control, and storage
Support campaign reporting and data collection
Assist with print, production, and in-store marketing materials
Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration

About You

Experience in marketing, administration, or coordination (retail/FMCG preferred)
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Communications (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and marketing systems
Interest in learning, upskilling, and career progression
