Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Full time Invoicer to join our Inwards Goods team at Chemist Warehouse Highland Park. This role primarily focuses on processing and managing invoices, performing accurate data entry, and maintaining effective stock management. 

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience and/or previous inwards goods experience, with confidence in using the Microsoft Office Suite. They will ensure all incoming goods are correctly recorded, reconcile deliveries with purchase orders, and support smooth inventory operations. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

 

Job Responsibilities

Assisting customers with general queries
Serving customers and processing purchases through our Point-of-Sale system
Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
Administration duties as required
Assisting with stock investigations
Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
