Invoicer- Constellation Drive

This is a store-based, admin-focused role that plays a critical part in ensuring all incoming stock is accurately processed, recorded, and accounted for. If you thrive on accuracy, organisation, and working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly—this role is for you.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and solutions focused Invoicer to join our ever growing and well-loved family business. Your responsibilities in this role, include but are not limited to:

Process and reconcile supplier invoices against delivered goods
Accurately enter data into internal systems
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in orders and invoices
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding invoicing queries
Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all inwards goods documentation
Support the inwards goods function with administrative tasks
Assist with general store administration as required

Ability to work well in a team and autonomously

Knowledge of Pharmacy products

Strong communication skills between all stakeholders

Willingness to learn and grow with the business

Certifications

S2 & S3 trained applicants highly regarded

Certificates I - III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
