We’re on the hunt for a Graphic Designer with solid motion skills to join our in-house creative team.
If you love bringing ideas to life through design and animation, thrive in a retail environment, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative design studio, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

This is a hands-on design role working across print, digital and motion, supporting high-volume campaigns, catalogues, events and activations, social content and in-store creative.
You’ll play a key role in owning the animation side of our output, using After Effects to elevate campaigns and create engaging, high-impact content.
Working closely with Senior Designers, Marketing and the wider business, you’ll help deliver on-brand, commercial effective creative.

What you’ll be doing
•Designing and producing creative across print, digital and motion
•Creating engaging animation and motion graphics using After Effects
•Supporting campaign rollouts across catalogues, social, EDMs and in-store
•Preparing artwork for print and digital production with accuracy and attention to detail
•Collaborating with designers and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
•Applying brand guidelines consistently across all outputs
•Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

What we're looking for

•2–4+ years’ experience in a graphic design role, working in a studio environment
•Solid After Effects skills
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
•A portfolio showcasing both design and motion work
•Solid understanding of print and digital production
•Strong attention to detail and organisation
•A collaborative mindset and great communication skills
•Ability to take direction but also contribute ideas

Bonus points if you’ve worked in retail or a high-volume environment.
