Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Qualified Level 4 or 5 Dispensary Technician to join our ever growing and well-loved Chemist Warehouse Westgate Pharmacy. This is a full time role (40 hours per week, 80 hours per fortnight) that will require the ideal candidate to work at least one weekend shift, some opening shifts and some closing shifts. In this fast paced, multifaceted role, you are required to perform tasks under Pharmacist supervision to prove great service and advice to our patients.

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers with their prescription and general enquiries

Assist Pharmacists in dispensing medications

Counselling customers about medications

Dispensary stock management and replenishment

Updating customer files and other administrative tasks

Skills

Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Experience working in the dispensary

Strong eye for detail and accuracy

Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills

Certifications

Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum
