Job Description

We are looking for a permanent Full-Time community focused Dispensary Technicians with a Level 4 or 5 qualification in pharmacy. With community and patient care at the centre of who we are, we are looking for customer focused and service-oriented Dispensary Technicians to join our growing and well-loved family business. 

In this fast paced, dynamic role you will be responsible for:

Assisting customers with their prescriptions and general enquiries
Assisting Pharmacists in dispensing medications
Counselling customers about medication under supervision
Dispensary stock management and replenishment
Updating customer files and other administrative tasks

Important Skills

If you are passionate and possess the following, then we would love to hear from you!

Minimum 1 year experience in working in a dispensary
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong team player
Strong eye for detail and accuracy

Certifications

Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum

Repeat the same movements

Stand for long periods of time

Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
