We are searching for patient centric Dispensary Technicians to join us at our new pharmacy in Ratanui, Henderson. In this role you will be an integral part of setting up our new dispensary and create an amazing team environment at our Ratanui store.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Dispensary Technician with a level 4 or 5 certificate to join our ever growing and well-loved family business. In this fast paced, dynamic role you will be responsible for:  

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers with their prescription and general enquiries
Assist Pharmacists in dispensing medications
Counselling customers about medications
Dispensary stock management and replenishment
Updating customer files and other administrative tasks

Skills

Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience working in the dispensary
Strong eye for detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills

Certifications

Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum

Physical Requirements

Repeat the same movements
Stand for long periods of time
Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
