As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, you will:

  • Assist customers with general queries

  • Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels

  • Process purchases via our Point-of-Sale system

  • Set up displays for promotions

  • Keep shelves stocked and ensure smooth transactions

 

This is a fast-paced environment that requires stamina, focus, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

About You

 

We’re looking for passionate team members who thrive in a collaborative and customer-focused environment. Ideally, you will have:

 

  • Ability to work both in a team and independently

  • Excellent customer service and attention to detail

  • Eagerness to learn about pharmacy products

  • Strong communication skills

  • S2 & S3 training and Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy (highly regarded)

  • Vitamin experience and product knowledge (highly regarded)

  • Interest in learning more about vitamins and undertaking training

  • Naturopathic experience welcomed
